149 Melissa Ambrosini – Opening Wide to Let in Deep Love

Melissa Ambrosini on Hello Freedom with Terri ColeToday I am talking to Melissa Ambrosini, a woman who has become a friend and someone with whom I have a lot in common: she is a speaker and a self-love and love expert. A couple of years ago, Melissa released a great book called Mastering Your Mean Girl, which I just loved. Well, I have more good news – she just recently came out with another book titled Open Wide: A radically real guide to deep love, rocking relationships, and soulful sex. And who doesn’t want those things?

In this book Melissa shares a lot of extremely personal stories about how she got to where she is in her life, how she had to break down fear and negativity and open herself up to the world around her. In our conversation, we talked a lot about self-love, the role your partner plays in your life, how to have a successful relationship, and the power of vulnerability. I find this woman to be just so inspiring and lovely, and I know you will too.
